16. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are deducted from your selected payment method every billing cycle. Once deducted, such amounts are non refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in your subscription terms. Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically according to the plan chosen by you until cancelled.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on the Platform with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Where required by applicable law, Stocktrack360 will notify users of material changes and, where necessary, obtain consent.
